American rapper Kanye West is planning to set up his own church. The father of three wants to create little "pods" on a plot of land he bought for his followers to stay in according to The Sun .

Kanye wants to use his famous Sunday Service sessions as the basis for his own religious organisation. A slew of celebrities like Sia, Katy Perry and DMX have all attended the services, which are by invitation only. North West - Kanye first daughter with his wife, Kim - has performed at several of the gatherings.

The businesswoman supported her husband idea starting his own church in a recent episode of the reality show on which she stars, Keeping Up With The Kardashians .

A source told the newspaper: "Kanye wants to develop a Church which introduces a new way to celebrate faith, bringing religion into the 21st century."
